We meet every Monday 1:15-3:15pm at Hope Church Lytham. It's an informal group for people living at home with dementia, and their loved ones.

Love music? So do we.

Our dementia-friendly sing-along group is all about joy, connection, and the power of a good tune. Whether you're belting out the classics or just humming along, there's always a warm seat and a smiling face waiting for you.

No pressure, no performance—just a bunch of lovely people coming together to enjoy the music we all remember.

Pop in, have a cuppa, and let’s sing!

Singing provides me with a pleasure, I don’t feel anxious here. I feel valued as a member of this group.

Dementia in all its forms robs a family of “normal” and finding ways to keep a fuddled mind active is important and difficult. I can truly say that Lytham Sing-along is such a welcoming group where we feel welcome and valued. Bill gets to his safe and happy place with singing and I in return get “my Bill” back!

The friendship, support and vision for the group is just what we both need. We've learnt new songs and refreshed others. We both miss the group when we cannot get there. It's certainly a valued part of our week.
